Stark County, Illinois

Stark County is located in the central part of Illinois, southwest of Chicago.

It is named for Colonel John Stark, a Continental Army Colonel. The seat is Toulon while the largest city is Wyoming.
The county is one of the most rural and also has one of the lowest populations in Illinois.

It borders Bureau, Marshall, Peoria, Knox and Henry Counties.

Main Highways include IL-91, IL-40 and IL-93.
